Commercial Partner

If you are a commercial partner

Your company name and logo name will be displayed on our digital platforms, and will be part of the secretariat’s active promotion toward national and international press and other organisations such as Visit Denmark, if you decide to

–          officially sponsor Cph Light Festival

–          promote your company via a light installation or

–          otherwise contribute to the light installations in Copenhagen Light Festival.

If needed, the secretariat will connect you to potential artist and designers. 

Contributions from commercial partners could also be made as sponsorships or supplying materials or equipment directly to other contributors.

Becoming an official partner or supplier and using the Copenhagen Light Festival name and logo in your own marketing, websites and other communication requires a small contribution to the festival secretariat.

 

Educational Partner

If you are a university or an educational partner

Your research projects will have the opportunity to become part of the Copenhagen Light Festival events or art works. Your students will get chances to work with sponsors and potential future employers on full scale projects that will get a lot of attention and promotion.

We are interested in all sorts of creative students with in interest in lighting, art, design, digital controls, theatrical effects etc. If needed, the secretariat will connect you to cultural institutions, potential sponsors or suppliers

The association
Copenhagen Light Festival

The festival is an association founded by Tivoli, Stromma, VNR.tv and Louis Poulsen. With Copenhagen as a backdrop the association seeks to introduce and present light art in interaction with the city’s distinctiveness, darkness and aesthetics.

The daily work on the festival is done by the secretariat who assists the board, collaborates with artists and hosts and supports the curatorial committee in their work with the festival program.
The members of the curatorial committee will change each year and are appointed by the board. The committee allocate the association’s funds to projects, artists and hosts on the basis of an assessment of the festival’s overall expression, the location of the art piece, and interaction with the city and the other art pieces.
