Copenhagen Light Festival is significantly supported in bringing light artworks into the city streets by the foundations Villum Foundation, Knud Højgaard’s Foundation, Augustinus Foundation, William Demant Foundation, Aage and Johanne Louis-Hansen’s Foundation, Consul George Jorck and Wife Emma Jorck’s Foundation, Frederiksberg Foundation, and Gangsted Foundation.

An indispensable grant from the City of Copenhagen supports the secretariat’s work in realising and delivering the festival.

Hosts at each location make the artworks possible through both practical and financial support.

All members of the board are co-founders of the festival.
