STROMMAS guided tour on the canals
Experience the light in the winter darkness when Copenhagen Light Festival returns in February 2022. See all the unique light sculptures and installations on board this guided canal tour. Stromma and Canal Tours Copenhagen is one of the official partners of Copenhagen Light Festival – a festival of light to brighten the dark winter days.
Light festival and canal cruise
Sit back in the covered and heated boat, and listen to the guide’s stories of the artworks, the artists and the thoughts behind their pieces. The festival presents both Danish and international artists and designers who have created unique light installations along the waterfront. This guided canal cruise starts from our departure point Ved Stranden and sails for 45 minutes.
Please note
We sail both in heavy wind and rain – the boats are covered and heated. In case of tide high tide, we will sail from the National Bank. You will be informed at the ticket house. In case of heavy ice on the canals, the tour will be cancelled. We will keep you updated here on the website.
