#10 Aah
By: David H. Péronard
Aah is a lightwork that, inspired by a familiar North Atlantic natural sculpture, creates a monumental installation inviting the audience to engage in sensitive interaction.
Reflecting the artist’s background as Greenlandic / Kalaallit Inuit, the work uses raised whale jaws to create a powerful gateway, illuminated by dynamic light that contrasts with the hardness of the bone.
